Here is the recipe that we used to make ice cream together last Friday!
-1/2 cup milk or half and half
-1 tablespoon sugar
-1/4 teaspoon vanilla
-6 tablespoons salt (preferably kosher or rock salt)
-ice cubes
-1 quart size baggie
-1 gallon size baggie
1. Fill the large baggie half full of ice and add the salt. Seal the bag.
2. Put milk, vanilla and sugar in small baggie and seal.
3. Put the small bag inside the large bag and seal.
4. Shake until it becomes ice cream (about 5 minutes)
5. Wipe off small bag and taste the ice cream!
